Inscription Reads:
In Loving Memory of John Grenfell who spent 18 years in South Africa, died Pendeen 13th Oct. 1910 aged 41 years.
Also of his brother William Nicholls Grenfell who died in South Africa 9th Oct 1893 aged 22 years.
The beloved sons of Richard & Nanny Grenfell
‘Father In Thy Gracious Keeping Leave We Now Our Loved Ones Sleeping’
Inscription Reads:
And their son Matthew Osborn Grenfell
26th June 1916 – 3rd August 1990
Also their daughter Elizabeth Osborn Grenfell 9th August 1917 – 21st Feb 1995

In Loving Memory of Richard Grenfell the beloved son of Richard & Annie Grenfell of Trewellard
who fell in action in France April 23rd 1818 aged 30 years.
‘He gave his life for King & Country’.
Also of Louisa, the beloved wife of the above who died at Trewellard November 13th 1915 aged 26? years.
‘Gone but not Forgotten’

In Loving Memory of William Grenfell who died at Pendeen March 11th 1913 aged 77 years.
Also of his sons and daughter Jane who died at Barnstable Septr. 22nd 1878 aged 14 years.
Thomas who died at Johannesburg Dec 22nd 1897 aged 26 years.
William who died in U.S.A March 20th 1910 aged 42 years.
Inscription Reads:
In Loving Memory of Thomas Grenfell who died at Trewellard, Pendeen January 16th 1901 aged 71 years.
‘Precious one from us has gone; a voice we loved has stilled
A place is vacant in our home; which never can be filled’
Also of Eliza Grenfell beloved wife of the above who died at Trewellard, Pendeen March 5th 1911 aged 74 years.
‘Blessed are the dead, who lie in the Lord’
